Planning and Services Supervisor

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees.Willing to work in Pasay City area

     Our Supervisor, Planning & Services (Planning) is responsible for consistently tracking  activities, collating and safekeeping documents pertinent to store opening and refit. He/She is also responsible for ensuring that Retail Operating Standards applicable to Store Development is being followed and implemented in the Division

Monitoring and tracking all store development activities pertaining to new and refit storesLiaising with different internal and external support groups in order to monitor progress of projectsdocumenting standard processes of Store Development and ensuring that retail operating standards are being followed by all team membersMaintaining a systematic record of files related to lessor documents and government permitsMonitoring and ensuring punch list submission and completionCollaborating with external partners and monitoring progress of utility application and for new storesCoordinating with external support for the work permit requests in coordination with Site Development
