Process Inbound/Outbound calls relating to customer queriesAdherence to process Quality and Compliance GuidelinesCall passenger for various issues and work on application softwareAdherence to Staffing/Attendance metrics.To provide language customer support & transaction processingTo meet and exceed KPIs (AHT, quality, CSAT)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
