We are URGENTLY looking for NCLEX TRAINING ASSISTANT MANAGERS for one of our prestigious BPO partner in Mall of Asia - Pasay or Bridgetowne, Libis. See below details:

Salary ranges from PHP35K to PHP44K basic + allowance + benefits (can still be discussed based on applicant's experience).Must have an ACTIVE USRN/PHRN LICENSE (due to client's need).Demonstration of profound familiarity and technical skill relevant to NCLEX programContinuous update and development of training moduleHigh-quality knowledge on developing instructional modules and teaching aidsMust be amenable to work on our sites in Mall of Asia - Pasay or Bridgetowne, Libis.Must have 2 -3 years bedside HOSPITAL experience and/or 1 year bedside experience.Flexible to work on shifting schedules if client/business need like weekends, holidays, and night shift (if needed).

JOB DEscriptION

Basic Function

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the NCLEX Program training needs and ensure that transferring of knowledge, job concept, and honing skills are delivered effectively through continuous monitoring and improving the NCLEX trainers’ skills. It also works with the team of assistant managers to oversee the quality of deliverables, manage team relationships, and assessing developmental/training needs of employees and process.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Nursing and/or health-related field Preferably has previous experience in the training field or Nursing AcademeCommunication Skills Requirement (B2-C1 in HLEAP)
