Experience:

3-5 years practicing law in a law firm servicing Corporate Clients or as a Corporate Lawyer; able to draft and review contracts of varying degrees and applications; well-versed in commercial law and employment law 

Qualification

Graduate of a Law Degree; must be a Bar Passer; with good standing in the law and professional organizations 

Must have the following: 

Contract Drafting and Review Legal and Compliance Reporting Data Privacy Business Permit, Licensing, and Accreditation Detail-oriented Can represent the Company in court cases and litigation Can render sound advice for legal matters People ManagementWilling to work in Quezon City

Salary Package up to 90k-100k
