职位描述
JOB SUMMARY
To assist assigned agents with their everyday transactions (request/s for quotation, proposal, policy issuance, collection and marketing presentation) with the Manila Branch. To act as the bridge of communication between the assigned agents and the company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining Relationship with Agents
Regularly visits assigned agents at their place of business.Ensures that all relevant development and progress of the Company are relayed to agents.Relays to Management any queries, complaints, reaction and commendation by Intermediaries for proper attention.Ensures continuous and harmonious business relationship between assigned agents and the company.Market Research
Gathers information on other insurance companies' marketing promotions, innovations for product and "after sales service" schemes.Agents' Production Monitoring
Monitors the existing business portfolio of assigned agents, its renewal, remittances and claims.Assists in the preparation of various production reports vital to the operation of the branch.Accounts Servicing
Assists assigned agents in all their requests for quotation and proposals.Coordinates requests of assigned agents with Underwriters and monitors development of the same.Recruitment of Agents
Identifies prospective agents from among own circle of influence and invites them to apply as agents with the company.Interviews and screens prospective applicants in accordance with guidelines.QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree CourseWith at least 2 years of relevant work experienceProficient in the use of Microsoft word and excelAbove average English communication skills公司介绍
