INSURANCE MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree graduateWilling to relocate in Port Moresby, Papua New GuineaRequires 3 years + experience in similar roleRequires 5 years’ experience as a subordinate in insurance and risk, with proven track record of success while acting as department manager or supervisorMust have extensive knowledge of the function and department processesBasic understanding of Corporate Finance, Probability, Forecasting and Risk modellingStrategic thinking and regulation rigourAbility to build and maintain relationships under work pressureAdaptable to new concerns and changing environments

Job Summary:

The role exists to Manage the overall insurance programs including but not limited to assets, contractual liabilities, workers compensation, medical insurance, claims litigation cases with and for the company's business units reporting directly to the Finance Director/Company Secretary position.
