TECHNICAL ASSISTANT (LUBES) - ENGINEER

JOB SUMMARY: familiarizes and masters BLT (battery,lubricants, and tires) products and other automotive products and specific such as: materials used and their characteristics, functions, model applications, part number structures, market demand, and market preferences.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures proper storage of BLT products  and that systems are regularly exercised.Gains mastery of BLT and other automotive products warranty and provisions and conditions including proper care and maintenance.promptly answers all customers' inquiries relating to BLT products warranty claims. Ensures that replacements of those valid warranty claims are promptly acted upon/delivered and those that were evaluated to be invalid claims are also acted accordingly.Maintains warranty and warranty related records. Ensures that reports are generated and submitted on a monthly basis to the Assistant Division Head or as necessary.Ensures that incoming warranty claims and outgoing BLT products replacement and returns are properly documented.conducts customer visits as the need arises. Ensures proper and up-to-date BLT products and parts information are given.Ensures that all customer calls are handled with utmost courtesy and professionalism.Ensures submission of reportorial requirements on a timely basis.Performs technical functions related to automotive parts that the immediate superior may assign from  time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATION/S:

graduate of any 5 year engineering courses.A licensed engineer is an advantage but not required.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.proficient in written and oral communication, presentation skills, computer proficient, and with automotive parts understanding.must be analytical, innovative, resourceful service oriented, teamplayer, customer oriented, good leadership, Proactive, and highly motivated.willing to do field work.ready to be assigned in Sta.Cruz, Manila.
