REALME PHILIPPINES is one of the fastest growing company. We are currently looking for SMARTPHONE TECHNICIAN (DIRECT HIRE)RESPonSIBILITIESResponsible for fault diagnosis and maintenance of mobile phonesHave a strong maintenance skillMore than one year working experience mobile phone service centerAccurately documented repairs and parts information on repair tracking document/work orders and in point of aftersales tracking systemProvide answer to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding clients through corrective steps;Performed high quality repairs and refurbishment of electronic device such as smartphone;Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time;Ensuring unit meets all assembly and quality criteria to achieve high customer satisfaction;Talk clients through a series of action either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solve a technical issue;Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers;Refer to internal database or external resource to provide accurate tech solutions;Performed other duties as required by managementQUALIFICATIonSMust be a graduate of any 4 year course, Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering /Technical Secondary school, (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others) or any 4 year course.At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Electronics/Communication / Sales-Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.Required language(s): English, FilipinoBENEFITSCompetitive SalaryDirect HireOutstanding Career GrowthPerformance IncentiveHMOHEAD OFFICE: Unit 2001 One World Place, 32nd St., BGC, Taguig City
