Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Geodetic, Civil) or equivalent.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Others or equivalent.4 Contract position(s) available.

Job Description

 Establishment of the property boundary using survey instruments before the start of the construction basedfrom relocation survey Establishment of horizontal and vertical control points within the project area; Establishment of construction gridlines for Vertical Projects; Lay-out of the building footprint for Vertical Projects; Perform survey computation, both manual and computerized; Conduct as-built, settings and other layout surveys; lot monumenting for subdivisions; Ensure the implementation of the quality plans and objectives of the project; andPerform tasks in accordance with the processes defined in the company's standardsPerform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
