Sortation Team Leader - Meycauayan

Sortation Team Leader is responsible in Day-to-Day operations to continually improve performance. Monitors incoming exception parcels in operations. Responsible for daily backlogs and claims monitoring and supporting the Supervisors in Sortation Center.

Performs special job required by the Supervisor and Top Management.Ensures to have clear understanding of 2.1 duties and responsibilitiesLeads / Initiates initiatives for the team to drive towards achieving KPI targetAnalyzes and provides accurate validations and and final investigations with exception handling issuesFacilitates and monitors data files gathered from the team.Organizes initiatives to the team and resolves further conflicts.Responsible for the final claims allocation and claims reduction.Responsible for escalating parcels with exception handling issues.Responsible in ensuring effective implementation of the Quality SystemDrives the Lazada Values, operate and put all these values to work each day.Performs other duties which may be assigned provided the relevant and necessary orientation or training is carried out.Assists the team in ensuring complete processing of Incoming & Outgoing exception parcelsMonitors compliance of team in Standard Operating Procedures.Ensures the security of all parcels prior forwarding to Sort operationsResponsible in monitoring the attendance of the team.Provides tracker report of SOP violations as required.Prepares and publish daily / Hourly Sortation reports.Responsible in conducting team briefing.Ensures that safety and security procedures is being followed by the team.Responsible for upholding 5S and keeping the area clean and conducive for working.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Vocational Graduate or at least 2nd year College or EquivalencyMust have background or at least 2 years experience in Operation and or in any related field.Knowledge in Microsoft OfficeMust be healthy and physically fitMust have great attention to detailCan work with minimal supervisionShould possess analytical thinking and problem solving skillsCapable to deliver high level of accuracy.Willing to your in shifting schedule and graveyard shifts
