The job holder has the responsibility to assist and advise the customers in response to inquiries about products and services specific to each project assigned; to provide assistance and guidance on how to use the products and services, to answer/ document/ solve customers’ inquiries/ notifications/ complaints by offering an accurate solution by following predefined workflows on how to handle issues specific to each communication channel; has the responsibility to update the database with all the details about each customer interaction and the most frequent answers or situations encountered.
Qualifications:
Good to excellent spoken and written English skillsMinimum of 1 year experience as Technical Support in a BPO or Shared Services settingTechnical Support (non-BPO) but must be knowledgeable in Web-based Integration / E-Commerce Website support (if no BPO experience)Willing to work onsite (Iloilo City)
