The Senior Mechanical Engineer (Design Reviewer) will manage and coordinate with the team, consultants, and contractors in the design review, execution, and implementation of all Mechanical works, trades and systems while making sure that all works comply to the agreed intents, standard, codes, and requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform quality checks on design drawings and construct, track changes in design and monitor progress.Collaborate and participate in design reviews.Ensure planning and/or building regulations approval.Prepare design reports, technical documentation, project narratives, and project updates.Notify the project team of any difficulties and concerns that may adversely impact safety, reliability, quality, cost or schedule of the project deliverables, and provide recommendations for solutions.Job Qualification:
Registered Mechanical Engineer in the Philippines.At least fifteen (15) years of professional experience, ten (10) years’ experience in construction, design, project management of major building projects, horizontal development, or infrastructures.Experience in any or combination of the following enabling works: Crusher plant, Ready-Mix Concrete plant, aggregate yard, mobile asphalt plant, genset yard, refueling yard, temporary water, waste management, and medical facilities.Experience with enabling works' design and construction for airport facilities and/or mega development projects is an advantage.Willing to be assigned in Pasig City.公司介绍
