Job Summary:

The Senior Architect (Design Reviewer) will assist in the management of overall design, coordination, integration and implementation of all architectural works, trades and systems to ensure all works are compliance with agreed intents, standards, codes,

and requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate with Project and ECI contractor in design, review and execution of the project.Provide technical support to the preparation of quality plans, scheme programs, estimates, contract documents, bid assessment and clarification and during negotiation with regards to design and best practice.Provide efforts or recommendation on cost saving idea, and added value solution to overall system design concept.Ensure timely engagement of contractors, suppliers, governing bodies and authorities.Manage technical project documentation including drawing, plans, reports, etc.Review completeness of submission and feedback.Support procurement and contract team on bid clarification.Attend kick-off meetings, design meetings, program meetings, and on-site construction supports.Monitor and follow up on agreed deliverables from all parties in accordance to agreed time frame.

Job Qualification:

Registered and Licensed Architect in the Philippines.At least 10 years in Architectural design, construction and project management at airport, major building, and infrastructure projects.Willing to be assigned in Pasig City.
