Job Summary:

The Planning and Design Specialist co-develops and provides preliminary design analysis & planning and architectural, conceptual, to schematic design materials and references as recommendations for business development-level projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Conducts studies, and prepares materials and for the development of the conceptual masterplan.Introduces development concepts, and spatial analysis and framework as initial studies for business development level projects.Prepares design production and visualization of design schemes to be packaged and presented as Business Development references (e.g. conceptual masterplan, schematic site development plan, programmatic and diagrammatic analysis)Develops / provides site development or architectural studies and develops appropriate real estate or building typologies to fit or complement existing or speculative business development areas.Collaborates in defining or developing the initial project vision.

Job Qualification:

Registered and Licensed architect in the Philippines.At least 5 years in Architectural design, and construction.Work experience from developer/real estate is an advantage.Willing to be assigned in Pasig City.
