Presents new ideas to the management as basis for product development based on latest trends and offerings in the market.Analyzes research data, conceptualizes new product offerings/product portfolio and conducts feasibility to identify product profitabilityIdentifies new educational technology and innovates new and existing learning solution to adapt the customer needsEnsures availability and correctness of Product Design Brief and approves content including uploading of program to the LMS.Ensures that the program undergoes user acceptance test and that it passed the stage prior to production, provides training syllabus, conducts training to ? andManages the conduct and implementation of the product development plan in order to achieve targets.Integrates and translate developed product to an implementation plan that will guide the Operations Unit to efficiently and effectively deliver the product line.Graduate of IT Education or Bachelor in Secondary Education.With Curriculum Development background.
