Compliance Officer

Job Summary

Generally in charge of supervising and handling issues related to compliance with laws or regulations, including making sure that the company is up to date with its licensing requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

Performs internal compliance audits throughout the organization including preparation of detailed reports and recommendation to the management.                                               Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit results and compliance violations.Liaise and coordinate with external consultants to assure the company's compliance.Establish an effective tracking and monitoring system for all regulatory compliance requirementsSystematic filing of legal and compliance documents (soft copies and hard copies)Liaises with LGUs permits and licenses team for the processing of permits of the business.Coordinates with auditorsMonitors the compliance of each departments to internal policies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or relevant fieldA minimum of 3 years experience in compliance and/or office administration.Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulationsOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.Exceptional English Skills both Verbal and Written.Has the sound ability to communicate and work with both internal and external customers across all levels.
