Project Development Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for effectively and efficiently overseeing the project from its initial phase to its completionDevelops initial project concepts and conducts feasibility studies that would make a more detailed assessment of the project conceptConducts financial analysis, prepares price lists and ensures that the profitability targets are metCoordinates with various departments in preparation of plansMonitors budgets versus expenses and costsObtains relevant government permits, licenses and clearances

Qualifications:

Has keen attention to details, results oriented, analytical thinker, self-starter, and as excellent communication skills.College graduate of any business course, preferably Economics, Engineering (Industrial, Civil), Business Administration / Management, or Real Estate Management.Must have at least 1-3 year work related experience.With product management or research background.Applicants must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.Must be amenable to a work from office setup, do site visits and do field work as needed.
