Monitoring of daily sales activities.Supported activitiesOwn initiated activitiesLeads monitoringProcessing and provide assistance on all sales related activities / documents from reservation to conversion of accounts.Sample computationReservation of accountOfficial computation generation for conversionCoordination of Sellers’ Requests (SRF request, vehicle request and site viewing request)Roadshow assistance during deployment of sales teams.Provide assistance during local/weekend sales events and activities. 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalentWith real estate sales operations experience.With digital sales and marketing experience under sales operations to support our digitization campaign.With experience in handling broker’s network. ( patient in handling customer and sellers requests)Willing to work on weekends for sales eventsWilling to work at BGC, Taguig City.
