Treasury Associate Cashier - Pampanga

Duties Responsibilities:

Act as a cashier to be assigned in Pampanga Sitevalidate post-dated checks for AR Sale and check pullout to warehousing bankAccept payments such as cash, credit/debit card, MC, dated checks, and depositing all collections the following banking dayHandles clients check pullout/hold request launch at salesforceManagement of funds on handDepositing collections to BPI bankCustodianship of various funds (Petty Cash Funds/Cash Advance)Releasing of Petty Cash and Cash AdvancePreparation of RCP for PCF replenishmentHandles Post Dated Checks for warehousingDaily Submission of Daily Collection Report and Fund Monitoring

Qualifications:

Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalentAt least 2 working experience in a real estate or similar backgroundProficient in MS Office Software and SmartsheetKnowledgeable in point-of-sale systems and credit card paymentsWith strong attention to details and can work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent customer service skillsMust be amenable to work on site and be assigned in Pampanga
