RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate with various departments for the overall development of DMCI Homes projectsResponsible for monitoring projects and concerns from overall business perspectiveRecommend project decisionsIn charge of pricing computations and strategies (cost and budget monitoring of DMCI Homes projects)

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance or equivalentAt least 2 years of Supervisory experience in the related field is required for this positionMust be analytic and detail-orientedMust have knowledge or interest in real estateMust be able to work with minimal supervisionMust have excellent decision-making skills Must be willing to work in Makati City
