RESPONSIBILITIES
● Does physical observation of the properties (ex: checks if number of bedrooms/ address
is accurate, photos are correct, etc)
● Updates "Verified" status of properties on website
● Segregates properties into the right categories (property type, location, amenities, etc)
● Ensures Featured category includes the right properties
● Puts properties for boosting on Featured section in the website
● Ensures at least 80% of live listings on the website are verified at all times
QUALIFICATIONS
● 1+ year/s, exposure in business development or sales in real estate or similar industries
● Has strong written communication skills
● Willing to go around Metro Manila and nearby provinces (Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, Bulacan,
etc)
● Willing to have a flexible schedule and can go on site to take property photos within the
day or the next day
● Advantage to those that have a photography portfolio, ideally of property

This service includes the implementation of Asticom's very own payroll system.Outsourcing/Shared Service Model – ASTICOM will enter an engagement with the client wherein Asticom will act as a service provider that will directly manage operations (people, tools of work, productivity, and others).Staffing Services – ASTICOM will enter an agreement with the client as the principal. Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
