Documentation Specialist (Telco)

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.Willing to work onsite: Mandaluyong or BGCKey Responsibilities:Attend to customer email concerns within 48 hours• Answering viber and WhatApp inquiries from RAM and CM• Processed and submit correctly of SM endorsed transactions in REFX for and endorsed to PPM withinagreed SLA - ARTB/RTB document Validation• BP CODE Request - checked and submitted correctly within SLA - BP Code Creation Request, BPUpdate/Edit Request, BP Code Block –• Processing REFX Contract on SAP Webtool• Creation of Contract, Processing Advance Payment and Recurring Rental, Processing One Time Payment• Data Collection as Requested by IS• Consolidating, Updating, Uploading of Files in GDrive and other Webtools - Attending SLIMS Meeting /Huddle via Gmeet or Zoom• Review A/RTB documents according to the defined guidelines and send results of validation to the regionsassigned (NCR) and monitor its completion.• Request for BP code required for the REFX processing for new sites ARTB, existing and backlogs.• Process lease payment such as down payment, security deposit, recurring rent, contract extension andrevision on REFX. (SM ENDOSRE & MDB LEASE)• Process leased payment inquiry escalations related to lease payment.• Engage friendly lessor and stakeholders for matters regarding acquisition

Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
