To assist administratively and operationally onboarding of Group Policymembers.Timely enrollment of group members into GMS/Genweb,Actively checking and ensuring timely and accurate reporting ofenrollees,Ensuring proper documentation is submitted for each memberEnsuring partner queries, deadlines and correspondences are dealtwith by the respective teamsAssist the implementation team in setting up meetings/cadencesinternally with stakeholders

Qualifications:

College graduate with past experience on report generationCan work efficiently on ExcelMeticulous and keen attention to detailSelf-starter and pro-active in engaging with internal stakeholders

This service includes the implementation of Asticom's very own payroll system.Outsourcing/Shared Service Model – ASTICOM will enter an engagement with the client wherein Asticom will act as a service provider that will directly manage operations (people, tools of work, productivity, and others).Staffing Services – ASTICOM will enter an agreement with the client as the principal. Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
