Technical writers (documents specialists) create technical documentation, including user documentation, how-to guides, integration guides, computer systems operation guides, and product specifications that increase the experience for the digital platform. They work with other subject matter expert to ensure that the information they provide is accurate and easy to understand.

Research to gather information from subject matter experts to develop,

organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, edit

existing and process documents in alignment to IT service management. Will also maintain information flow charts that uphold organizational and legal standards and allow for easy data migration.

·    Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards and maintaining detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research and usability tests as well as developing innovative approaches for improvement.

·    Write user-friendly technical guides that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our employees up for success

·    Create and revise documents to be consistent with established format and quality style guides. Ensure consistency in presentation, tone, grammar, and style.

·    Identify and resolve documentation issues related to procedures, concepts, organization, presentation, and usability.

Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics

·    Previous experience writing and maintaining technical documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences

·    Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail

·    Experience working with technical teams to improve user experience overall experience

·    Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization

·    Experience with working in a technical environment
