E-Commerce Content Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

Formation of the content structure on siteEnriches information and visuals of the current content on the site: texts, photos, videos, infographicPlaces the most complete and up-to-date information about the product, services, promotions, about the brand and the companyAdds new products and product categoriesPrepares descriptions and fills in product cards with the necessary information about the properties, characteristics and benefits of the product in order to increase conversion and reduce returnsPlaces promotional materials (promotion conditions, banners on the main page, banners in sections, goods in promotions, etc.)Collects and processes feedback from employees and customers, comments and feedback on products in order to make additions and adjustments to descriptions (text-information and visual);Assists in refinement and development of an automated content management systemLooks for solutions for faster and more efficient update of information through bulk uploadsMaintains report logs of in-progress and/or completed workMay also be assigned to assist in other administrative tasks and researches

REQUIREMENTS

A graduate with a degree in Pharmacy is highly idealBackground in the pharmaceutical industry is also an advantageProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Html, CSS (is an advantage), Photoshop, CanvaeCommerce/online experience (Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, Carousell, etc.) is an advantageAttention to detail, perfectionismApplicants must be willing to work in OrtigasApplicants must be willing to work onsite
