Sales Coordinator (Urgent Hiring)

JOB LOCATION: Technolux Bldg., 2176 Primo Rivera St., Brgy. Lapaz, Makati City

JOB SUMMARY: Performs clerical and organizational tasks but may also be responsible more in complex tasks, should have a strong sense of responsibility and might need to put in extra hours, depending on job demands.

JOB QUALIFIATIONS:

Bachelor's degree graduateAdept in Microsoft office and administrative tasksKnowledgeable by using photoshop

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receives telephone calls and inquiries regarding products.Encodes information received through telephone and email.Informs Sales personnel of calls received.Coordinates status of calls with the Sales personnel.Coordinates status of pending proposals with Sales personnel.Assists customers in product inquiry through the telephone.Ensures satisfactory delivery of good quality product and services to customers.Entertains walk-in customers.Prepares Sales Orders for customers.Prepares Purchase Requisition for suppliers.Coordinates with Logistics and customers for timely deliveries.Prepares Monthly Sales Reports.
