POSITION SUMMARY:

The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible in developing strategies to increase awareness for the projects and help boost sales. Duties involve managing the marketing budget, ensuring that all marketing materials are in line with the brand identity, generating media exposure thru print and online write ups including working closely with key agencies and vendors.

With at least 5 years of experience in the related field, preferably in the real estate industry handling high-end residential and hospitality brands/projects.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.      Event Organization

Create events that will increase awareness for the projects and help boost sales

2.      Creation of Marketing Materials

3.      Public Relations

Generate media exposure thru print and online write ups

4.      Oversee efficiency and progress of marketing assistants
