职位描述
The Marketing Associate will be assigned in the Human Resource Department. He/ She will assists in implementing marketing strategies for the HR team.
Conceptualizing and implement of company engagements and events, including logistics, teasers, collaterals and documentationAssist in the implementation of employee recognition programsCreates content and write ups for linkedIn, FB page, and other social media platformAssist in implementing strategies for employer brandingTake part in the review, auditing and evaluation of HR policies, systems and practiceQUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing, or any related course.Knowledgeable in Brand Management and Digital MarketingHas photo and video editing skillsCan work with minimum supervisionWith good communication skills (oral and written)Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPointAbove average speaking and presentation skills (fluent in English)
