Set up appointments or follow up with customers after first contactAs frontliner, answer customer enquiries about products and services through a variety of channels such as live chats, online messages, emails, or phone callsCreate customer support tickets to track and monitor progress on resolving customer queriesRedirect customers to appropriate agency or department for handlingEscalate customer complaints or issues to the appropriate support teamUpdate records of customer interactionsProvide general customer support as the need arisesEnsure inbound and outbound communication reflects the best of the companyRequirements
