Responsibilities

You will play an important role in

Preparing servicing calculations, calculating funds required for settlement, understanding the construction of loans, compliance documents, understanding banking policy, and requirements.Pricing, packaging application for online submission to banks, and apply online system.Putting together loan applications ready for submission to the bank, this includes detailed loan servicing calculations.End-to-end processing for all loans until settlement.Liaising with customers via phone or email to collect details and documents for loan assessment.Liaising with stakeholders (e.g. banks, lenders, key stakeholders such as the business manager and director)Running loan scenario with bank staffResponding to all enquiries professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner.Providing relevant stakeholders with timely and periodic updates regarding loan applications, by email and other accessible means of communication.Adhering to various legal, compliance, credit, and customer service standards.Working with mortgage management systemsProviding support with other administrative functions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have/be

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Legal Management, Accountancy, or other related courses.Must have a minimum of 5 years of Australian mortgage processing experience.Full suite Connective experienceApplyonline and LoanApp experienceWorked for a brokerage that has specialised in investment lending is a mustUnderstanding credit policy and bank servicing calculatorsKnowledge of property purchase and mortgage lending requirementsPreferable to have experience in SalestrackerExcellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Office suite and ability to learn various CRM and other web-based lender platforms/interfacesExcellent Math skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical skillsAbility to communicate well both in written and spoken English.Superior time management and organizational skills, including completing tasks in a timely manner and prioritising workload for maximum efficiency.Self-sufficient, ability to work under minimal supervision, and work well under pressure
