Responsibilities

Develop optimization strategies that increase the company’s website search engine results rankingsWhen conducting paid search campaigns, execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROIManage the expenses of SEO campaigns, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling differencesClosely collaborate with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly followed throughout website content; work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content marketingCreate and execute link building strategyMonitor daily metrics with SEO tools such as Google Analytics to gauge SEO performanceOptimize compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions to improve website search resultsDevelop and manage the implementation of social media channelsAssist in marketing business functions such as building successful brand awareness to effective lead generation marketing campaignsCreate effective and engaging cross-platform social media content and manage a social media calendarAssist in the development of online marketing campaigns and materialsUtilize paid platforms for database development and lead generation

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Design, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum 3 years experience in executing successful SEO campaignsKnowledge of HTML, CSS, programming language and bloggingExperience with social media marketing including platforms such as Facebook, linkedIn, Instagram, and email marketing preferredExperience with recruitment and executive search organizations a plusExcellent analytical, communication and research skillsProficiency in English, both written and oral communication skillsWork with minimum supervision and self-starterExcellent problem-solving skillsWork well within teamsTake initiative and is self-motivated
