Responsible for providing rapid action/solution to escalations concerning Retail Distribution policy issuance cases processed under STP (Project Mercury).  Identifies gaps in the GI system and processes. Provides case management and troubleshooting support.  Coordinates with IT partners for system concerns beyond basic troubleshooting.Assists in the day to day operations of various Retail Distribution Units (Agency, PSBank/Alternative Channel, MBTC) and Support Units (Policy Issuance, Policy Delivery) in relation to policy fulfillment cases raised via STP (Project Mercury)Application processing (New Business and Renewal)Account servicing for GI products with UW requirementsContinuous functional alignment and coordination with various Support Units (Licensing, Claims, Collections)Assistance in Claims concernsPremium verificationLevel 2 Angel Support

This service includes the implementation of Asticom's very own payroll system.Outsourcing/Shared Service Model – ASTICOM will enter an engagement with the client wherein Asticom will act as a service provider that will directly manage operations (people, tools of work, productivity, and others).Staffing Services – ASTICOM will enter an agreement with the client as the principal. Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
