General Accounting Officer (Audit Associate)

Job Responsibilities:

Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulationsDetermine internal audit samples and apply testingObtain, analyze, and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc.Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document processAct as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievementIdentify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savingsMaintain open communication with management and audit committeedocument process and prepare audit findings memorandumConduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventionsEngage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance & any related coursesAt least 1-2 years experience in general accountingExcellent internal & external stakeholder managementGood interpersonal and communication skillsProficient in MS ExcelAttention to details and with good risk awarenessAmenable to work on site: McKinley West, Taguig City
