E-Commerce Sales Concierge

Proactively approach online MCI's clients to establish real needs, understand the client and their requirements, and interest them in Smeg products;Provide advice and product information to MCI clients as appropriate, outlining features and benefits;Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships;Perform the necessary processes, procedures and verbal dialogues to effectively communicate offers and cross sell an expansive set of products and services to new and existing customers;Achieve or exceed decided sales targets;

Concierge

Answers customer inquiries via the online channel, official email, and social media platforms (such as shipping status, order status, payments, product info etc.);Ensures that customers will be informed of orders with out-of-stock items to suggest replacement or process cancellation;Process resolution of order disputes, returns, exchanges together with the Ecommerce Manager;Forward service concerns to the dedicated service concierge or service team;

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;Previous relevant three (3) years of experience in retail/accounts management/customer service/hotel-front desk management/ hospitality or airline industry;Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills;Proficient computer and technology skills;Demonstrated sales skills;Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills;Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills;Willing to work in a shifting schedule and holidays;Willing to be in a hybrid (on-site and work-from-home) work setting;
