Operations Associate

Job Summary

The Operations Associate is responsible for executing business processes that support essential functions of the organization, ensure deliverables, achieve organizational standards, and help solve operational issues.

Duties and Responsibilities

Prepares and submits accruals and requests for budget reallocation before month end.Prepares and submits Quarterly ReallocationArranges appointments and meetings between the company and various organizationsMonitors timelines and action items given by group heads and ensure submission/compliance of all departmentsAssists team members and endorse them to the right people/team about their requests or concerns.Ensures that all financial-related tasks of Admin. Assistants are delivered on time (processing of payments and reimbursements, on time preparation of reallocation and accruals).

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or Office Management, or any related fieldAt least 2-3 year(s) of significant working experienceProficient in MS office - expertise in MS excel & MS PowerPointExcellent skills in written and oral communication (English)Ability to take initiative and operate with minimum supervisionA problem solver with a natural ability to operate with a high level of energy, commitment and motivationGood Communication skills
