Budget Control Officer

Job Summary:

Responsible in validating and uploading of approved budgets in the system. Coordinates budget concerns and issues with operating units and assists the Supervisor/Manager in carrying out the responsibilities of budget and cost accounting department.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Validates budget upload and transfer requestAddresses budget-related inquiries and escalate concerns and issues to superiorsMaintains monitoring of all budget requestsPrepares necessary budget reportorial requirementsAssists the team in carrying out other responsibilities and goals of the departmentOther tasks that may be assigned from time to time. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or AccountingFresh graduates are encouraged to applyKnowledgeable in basic accounting and proficient using MS OfficesSkilled in SAP is a plus but not requiredProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)Highly organized and has good experience in preparing reports
