Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or any business-related course.Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.With background in basic accounting.

Job Description

To evaluate and examine if the title to acquire property in the name of GERI company is properly established.To ensure that GERI company have the right to develop if in the case the property entered into a JV Agreement is properly established.To evaluate, examine and conduct ground survey of the identified GERI landbank property.To prepare inspection report for the status of the property and request and coordinate with CSM Consultant for the evaluation/recommendation of the security.To evaluate on grounds if the property is cleared from any IS and identification of the actual conditions of the property.To coordinate with the concerned Department/Division for the survey to properly identify the points and technical descriptions of the property.To Coordinate with the concerned Department/Division for the fencing of the property.Updating of RPT annually for GERI-owned or acquired properties and JV properties.To conduct quarterly inspection of the site and audit of the titles and tax declaration.To evaluate and examine the documents for the title transfer from the land owner to GERI company.To assess the taxes due for the title transfer to GERI company.Preparations of the RFPs and for the release of the funds necessary for the transfer.Payment and submission of complete documents for title and tax declaration transfer.To ensure the transmittal of transferred title and tax declaration to Title Custodian.To comply any other task that may be assigned by other Division, Department Heads and the President.
