Paralegal - SITE ACQUISITION

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Law or equivalent.Required skill(s): contract negotiations, Contract Preparation.Applicants must be willing to work in BGC or Shaw blvd MandaluyongAt leasat 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.

Preferably skilled with or had experience working on contract processing and/or law on contracts. With Law background.

Review and modify contracts. Directly coordinates with the GT Legal Team for contracts, document changes, and any legal matter.

Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
