Job Description:

We're looking for a SimCorp Dimension Specialist to take charge of ensuring SimCorp Dimension (SCD) users have a stable, reliable, and high-performing AABOR. You will be accountable in performing the team's daily operations and providing support to business users in addressing moderate to complex business issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and clear the SimCorp Dimension (SCD) message queue and ensure all transactions are elevated to final status at end of dayMonitor the team shared mailbox throughout the day and taking appropriate action on the emails receivedGenerate Item of Interest (IOI) ad hoc security requests and monitoring that the security master setup occurs within an acceptable time frameInvestigate Transaction Hub (THUB) unknown queries and generate ad-hoc transactions to THUB as neededSupport ad-hoc analysis to identify root cause of production problems and develop timely solutionsExecute user acceptance test for implementation of new security types and functionalities and system upgradeExecute and validate test cases for end-to-end processesSupport for period end close processesWork in collaboration with the business users and Global Solutions Delivery (GSD) to create, update, or maintain static data tablee.g., Portfolio, Security, Transaction, Bank Account, etc.Identify opportunities to leverage system capabilities in order to meet business requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any related business course2+ years of relevant experience in Investment Operations and/or Fund AccountingExperience working directly with business clients and application support teamsRelevant experience in investment operationsExcellent organization and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service orientation
