QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must be a graduate of Veterinary Medicine or equivalentWith significant experience in the field of Broiler ProductionMust be performance oriented and self-motivatedWith high level of interpersonal skillsCan work with minimum supervisionMust be willing to spend most of the time in the field and beyond working hoursMust know how to drive with valid driver's license

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare monthly DOC placement schedule and conduct pre-placement visit to ensure that the farm is ready to accept chick placementAttest DOC placements and ensure compliance of growers to standard brooding management practicesMake a 4-week rolling harvest forecast, verify weights at the farm before harvest and coordinate harvest schedule with the growers, DP and salesEnsure compliance of Contract Grower to the prescribed AHG programsMonitor and ensure compliance of Contract Grower to management standards in growing chickenRecruit Contract GrowersConduct in-farm seminar regarding management standardsDo regular farm visits to check farm depletion, feed consumption, FCR, ALW, and to submit WPR every MondayForecast feed requirement of farm and coordinate with feed mill regarding feed delivery scheduleDo routine necropsy and clinical evaluation to check birds health status and coordinate with AHG
