QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalentMust have significant experience in the field of Broiler ProductionMust be a Licensed Veterinarian/Agricultural EngineerMust be performance oriented and self-motivatedCan work with minimum supervisionMust possess valid driver’s licenseMust be willing to spend most of the time in the field and beyond working hours

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare monthly Day Old Chic’s placement schedule and conduct pre-placement visit to ensure that the farm is ready to accept chick placementAttest Day Old Chic’s placement and ensure compliance of growers to standard brooding management practicesDo four (4) week rolling harvest forecast, coordinate harvest schedule with the grower, Dressing Plant and Sales Ensure compliance of Contract Growers to the prescribe Animal Health Group programsMonitor and ensure compliance of Contract Grower to management standards in growing chickensRecruitment of Contract GrowersDo regular farm visits to check farm depletion, feed consumption, and other farm-related tasksDo routine necropsy to check bird's health status
