Operation Business Insights Lead (QA & Analytics)

Tasks:

Expertise in quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers and provide recommendations to Operational leadership Effectively planning and collaborating with team members on data-driven projects to improve internal tools, systems, and data pipelines Can lead projects focusing on improving productivity, efficiency and cost optimization Establish and refine rhythm of business analysis and weekly reporting cadence for different Business Units and Lines of Business Keen to details and spots trends in data, analysis of high-volume and multi-dimensional data from different data sources Structured problem-solving skills using quantitative data and assist Operations in qualitative findings and results Effective client and stakeholder relationship building through positive communication  

Qualifications:

Excellent organizational and documentation skills Excellent analytical skills and detail orientation Expert knowledge of Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)  Good communication skills both written and verbal Lean Six Sigma training and knowledge  Exposure and experience in Yellow belt and Greenbelt Six Sigma Projects Experience in using other data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, MS Excel (Advance) and Google Knowledge in VBA and Apps script programming a plus
