SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

· Knowledge of the business suite is a PLUS

· Generate quotes from inbound requests

· Dispatch/ Manage inbound ticket dashboards

· Contact partners to review licensing options

· Follow- up on quotes to close business

· Use of Salesforce is a PLUS

· Excellent organizational skill

· Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Excellent knowledge of MS Office, database software (Excel), spreadsheets with intermediate formula

· Runs and analyzes reports and ensues that all reports are accurate and reliable

· Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined here in

· Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks with attention to detail
