Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical EngineeringMust be a Licensed Electrical Engineer with experience in vertical or horizontal construction.At least 2 years of working experienceAble to read and interpret construction drawings of different disciplines (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, etc.).Must have Project or Construction Management background, knowledge in MS Project is a plus.Basic knowledge in MS Programs as well as Engineering Project Management processes (Bar Chart/S Curve, progress review, critical path, estimating, etc.).Team player, versatile and must know how to drive (with drivers license).Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Descriptions:

Responsible for effective constructability reviews in securing appropriate SME’s advices and stakeholders’ (Operations, Owner’s, Authorities) support and endorsement.Responsible for site construction plans for all disciplines ensuring all method statements, JHA and Permit-To-Work are prepared in good time, approved and in place and overseeing the erection/ construction.Responsible for contractor’s management at site in the areas of contractors resource planning, productivity, fatigue management, disciplinary and incentive management, site security management.Take proactive role in contractors HSSE performance, PTW and safety manual compliance.Accountable for site instructions issued to Contractors ensuring compliance with Projects’ change management procedure.Proactively involve in schedule and planning and ensure timely completion of construction activities and completion of systems as per planned schedule on systemizations.Ensure adequate resource and oversee construction QAQC processes executed as per Project QAQC plan and performance KPI.Coordinate with Project Development Engineer, Operations Representative and Purchasing Manager, ensuring vendors’ specialist at site in good time and completing planned specialist construction/ commissioning tasks within schedule and QC plans.Accountable for equipment, piping and facilities pre-commissioning activities.Manage construction related Variation Orders and Scope Changes.
