Qualifications:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical)Professional License is an advantageWith experience in Architecture/ Interior office Fit out/ Civil structural worksExpert in local building codes in the construction industryKnowledgeable in various design phases like conceptualization, schematic design development, project handover and supervision, HVAC maintenance, air-conditioning maintenance and facilities managementWith experience in maintenance/repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalentApplicants must be willing to work in Mckinley Hill,Taguig City

Duties and Responsibilities:

Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctlyPreparing site reports, estimates and filling in other paperworkOverseeing civil/architectural, electrical and IT worksSupervising the maintenance services to ensure the proper upkeep of the office building including its amenities utilities and equipment in accordance with company standards of safety, cleanliness and orderlinessPeriodically conducting maintenance surveys and safety audits to determine repair/renovation needs of the buildingProviding safety and security to the office employeesMonitoring movement and maintaining record of all company’s assets including but not limited to store and office equipment and fixturesDeveloping, reviewing and improving administrative system, policies and proceduresProviding technical supervision of construction works of the officeCoordinating and overseeing contract providers of services (i.e., engineering, security, parking, housekeeping, etc.)Planning of expenses for repair, operation, and maintenance of office premises
