Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Architecture, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalentWith experience in Architecture/ Interior office Fit out/ Civil structural worksExpert in local building codes and international standards in design and construction industryKnowledgeable in various design phases like conceptualization, schematic design development, project handover and supervisionPreferably 1-4 years’ experienced employee specialized in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural, Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalentRequired Skill(s): HVAC maintenance, air-conditioning maintenance, facilities managementApplicants must be willing to work in Mckinley Hill,Taguig CityDuties and Responsibilities:Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctlyPreparing site reports, estimates and filling in other paperworkOverseeing civil/architectural, electrical and IT worksSupervising the maintenance services to ensure the proper upkeep of the office building including its amenities utilities and equipment in accordance with company standards of safety, cleanliness and orderlinessPeriodically conducting maintenance surveys and safety audits to determine repair/renovation needs of the buildingProviding safety and security to the office employeesMonitoring movement and maintaining record of all company’s assets including but not limited to store and office equipment and fixturesDeveloping, reviewing and improving administrative system, policies and proceduresProviding technical supervision of construction works of the officeCoordinating and overseeing contract providers of services (i.e., engineering, security, parking, housekeeping, etc.)Planning of expenses for repair, operation, and maintenance of office premises
