Industrial Engineer - Project Management Specialist

Strategy

         1. Prepares plan for product development projects to ensure cost-efficiency and delivery.

         2. Develops and manages a project milestone schedule and work plan Resources

         3. Estimates project costs and ensures delivery of the project within the approved budget Culture

         4. Champion the use of Project Management System to all associates

Team

         5. Drives retention and development of Project Management System

         6. Provides and Develops timely support to clients through real-time Project Status Report

         7. Supports Market Business Unit and Product Design Development in Bucket 1 in project scheduling and scoping

         8. Facilitates change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.

Programs & Processes

        9. Drives and ensures planning, execution, and finalization of projects within scope and based on quality standards according to approved schedule and budget.

       10. Executes the development and implementation of systems/policies and procedures to effectively and efficiently manage areas within project management

       11. Conducts processes and procedures as basis for implementing risk management interventions.

       12. Establishes effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.

       13. Conducts post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Governance

        14. Monitors project progress and make adjustments as needed

        15. Prepares and reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information to the Market Business Unit

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Industrial or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.
