Non Fuels Retailing Manager

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management/ Business Administration/ Finance/ Economics/ Commerce/ Marketing or equivalent.At least 2-3 years of working experience in handling managerial position.Preferably with hands-on experience in handling Commercial Space Leasing.Must have a valid driver’s license.Full-Time position(s) available.    Job Description:Develop New Non Fuels income streams for Unioil’s Retail stations either through new partnerships, joint ventures or developing new businesses from scratch.Ensure effective supervision of NFR businesses in the Retail stationsKeep track of new developments in customer behavior in the local and foreign downstream industry which will potentially affect the non fuels business of Unioil.Ensure revenue and growth targets for NFR channels are achieved.Manage and grow the real estate leasing department of Retail through.Ensuring collection of rental and collectibles from sub lessees.Scout and identify prospective tenants looking to lease a property.Run background checks on potential tenants to evaluate their credit status and criminal records to determine if they are eligible occupy a buildingOversee the processing and approval of client applications and lease documents. Elaborate the terms of lease, rental rate and period of payment to tenantsCoordinate with Retail Sales, Brand, Marketing Programs, Retail Operations to develop and execute marketing promotions to increase fuel and store sales through joint promotion.Ensures effective liaison with NFR stakeholders for desired results.Identify and adopt new profitable partnerships for NFREnsures effective liaison with relevant internal and external retail/NFR stakeholders/customers for desired results.Oversee the marketing and advertising of vacancies on media/advert channels to attract potential tenants.
