Position Title: Retirement Services Specialist (Level 9)

Work Location: Alabang or Cubao

Work Schedule:  Graveyard / Nightshift

Work Setup: Fully Onsite

Responsibilities:

Responsible for External Conversions, Internal Conversions, Sales Support, New Plan Setup, Spin-offs, Fund Changes, Contract renewals, Plan Design or Service changes, Recordkeeping splits/considerations, M&A, Gatekeeping and Offer Management ComplianceUAT for relevant applicationsSMEs for business requirementsParticipate in remediation effortsManage support mailboxes

Qualifications:

5+ years related experience in the retirement industry and with Plan Termination.Bachelor's Degree Holder & Undergraduates are WELCOME!Strong research, analytical and critical thinking skills a must.Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal.Positive attitude and works well in a team environment.High level of initiative and able to work independently to achieve objectives.Excellent Microsoft Word skills and proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.Ability to work 8pm – 5am (Manila), with overtime and occasional weekend or after hours testing when needed.
