Operational and Team Management:

Propose process changes where needed to drive efficiency and improve executionAct as an ambassador of BSS MNL ISSCPrepare and present performance report to internal and external stakeholdersQuality and compliance responsibilities under NDA / attention given to predetermined processes, SOPsWork closely with the associates to increase productivity and assist in creating positive working relationships with all stakeholdersMaintain all areas of Health and Safety relevant to the working environment & staff teamsPlanning and organization of resources planning and requirementsEscalation of irregularities to Business Support Services Manager for CustomsPerform weekly coaching with team leadsTake the lead to help resolve reoccurring issuesDrive continuous improvement of the team and related processesWork under the direction of superiorsDrives completion of tasks and processes within agreed SLA to leaders and membersProactively find means to deliver and raise the performance of the teams managedActively engage with relevant Stakeholders and conduct regular touchpoints

Team Leadership & Coaching:

Create an environment orientated to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effortMotivate and inspire team leaders and membersLead by setting a good example (role model) – behavior consistent with wordsFacilitate problem solving and collaborationMaintain healthy group dynamicsIntervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issuesHelp keep the team focused & on trackEnsure to meet KPI TargetsImplementation support (off- / on-site) for the migration of countries under Customs teamResolution of issues on operational level and address employee performance & conduct as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

Open for any degree with relevant experiencesHighly experienced from any Logistics and Freight Forwarding CompanyMust have strong people management skills or at least 3 years experiences as a Team Lead or Supervisory level
